The laundry bags are good quality, the embroidery turned out very nice and Kim was excellent to work with! She made every effort to ensure the gifts turned out exactly as I wanted them to!

I ordered a personalized laundry backpack for my daughter and niece who are both graduating from high school this May. Seller was very easy to work with and reached out to make sure which color thread we wanted. She also worked with me to ship each item directly to the girls.
