    CURRENT TURN AROUND TIMES:

    Currently our turnaround time is approximately 10-14 business days.  Please make sure this time frame works for you prior to placing your order. Contact us if you need an order rushed (additional charges apply) to ensure we can accommodate order.

    SHIPPING INFO

    All orders ship USPS.  Once an order is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information and you will be able to track your order.  Please allow 3-5 days for delivery of your order.  We have no control once the order is processed through USPS.

    RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

    All items are non-refundable due to the customization of each product, however if we made a mistake in the order, we will immediately make it right.
